CheckUP currently partner with a support over 100 schools across Queensland as part of the Health Gateway Project.
Please note that at this stage, schools wishing to join the Health Gateway Project will join a waiting list. If you would like to join the waiting list, please complete an expression of interest form below and a team member will be contact with you as soon as possible.
Eligible schools include those which are:
- Currently engaging with local health industry providers OR
- Providing students access to career pathways in health (through VET, work experience programs etc) OR
- Working towards establishing industry relationships and health career pathways for students.
An Application Process has been established to gather some initial information from schools. Completion of a Gateway Activity Plan is also required in order to consolidate all relevant education and industry activities and connections.
The Gateway Partner Benefits Statement details the benefits for each participating stakeholder group.
